All items purchased from GoldenStateArt.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, GoldenStateArt.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by GoldenStateArt.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Pricing
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for the equipment, shipping and sales taxes. Charges for any service plan(s), including one time activation fees, monthly service plan charge and related taxes will be billed separately by the service provider. GoldenStateArt.com cannot be held responsible for inaccurate service plan description or pricing.
Despite our best efforts to keep pricing information accurate, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is outdated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but will always contact you to confirm any change before you are charged or before products are shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.
With respect to items sold by GoldenStateArt.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by GoldenStateArt.com. Your purchases from third-party sellers using GoldenStateArt.com Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. At this time, we are unable to accept checks or money orders. We will require a major credit card when placing your order, even if your order total is $0. This will help us to verify your identity and protect you from false purchases made with your personal information. If your order total is $0, we will only put a $1 hold on your credit card to make sure it is a valid credit card. The $1 hold on your credit card will be released within a week.
When you place your order, an authorization / hold will be placed on your credit card / debit card. We will only bill against that authorization when the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled, that authorization / hold will be released. Each bank determines when this authorization will be released from your card, ranging from within 24 hours to 7 days later.
Special note for debit card users: While we do accept debit cards as payment, please be aware that an authorization for fund on your debit card may look like an actual charge at the time the order is placed. If you do cancel your order, please be assured that no fund was ever charged to your debit card. However, it may take a few days before the bank releases the authorized fund back to you.

Billing
Products purchased from GoldenStateArt.com may be fulfilled / billed by GoldenStateArt.com or one of our valued referral partners. Unless otherwise noted, service providers will bill you directly for the service plan(s) we have initiated on your behalf (their charges would include recurring service plan charges, one time activation fees and related taxes / fees). During your contract period, your service provider will send you monthly statements reflecting your combined connection and airtime usage.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. GoldenStateArt.com does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use GoldenStateArt.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. GoldenStateArt.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
